Totem series include soft sculptural objects that may remind on Indian totem poles. Just like totem poles these objects represent identity connected with cultural protectors or own artistic influences. Made of fabric, prints and plush filling these soft sculptural objects can be hanged above human size. Technique involved into making of these artworks include linocut printmaking on fabric and sewing that may remind on traditional craft mostly used by women.

My thematic focuses are closely related to the cultural context, history of art, mythology and archaeological fragments. My interpretation of art is through the process that begins with idea, continues through drawing, mechanical or chemical process to end on the paper or canvas. Starting point is printmaking that includes treated and deformed matrixes as part of the process that can be repeated over and over again. Symbolically it can be viewed as metaphor of time. The process is underlined with manipulation and finding coincidence that I would like to call art.
